Letting Fees

We can provide you with the complete lettings and property management service or just the parts that you, your circumstances and your property require.

Tenant Find Fees

Our fees are £720 including VAT for this service and fees are only charged when we have found a suitable tenant for you.

Our fees cover

• Advertising your property on Zoopla and our own website jowettandstone.co.uk.
• A To Let board
• Conducting accompanied viewings
• Obtaining references to assess the suitability of tenants.
• Drawing up the tenancy agreement
• Collecting the tenants deposit and registering with the TDS (The Deposit Scheme).
• Arranging for the tenant to take up occupancy.

Rent Collect Fees

We charge a set-up fee of £480 including VAT and then a monthly management fee of 12% including VAT. This is the same as the Tenant Find service above plus:

Collection of monthly rent and transferring to you.

Chasing the tenant for late or non-payment of rent.

Fully Managed Fees

We charge a set-up fee of £480 including VAT and then a monthly management fee of 14.4% including VAT. This is the same as the Tenant Find and Rent Collect service above plus:

Handling any maintenance issues for tenants.

Six monthly inspections and report back to you.

Preparing a detailed inventory including photographs and meter readings *

Check out inspection at the end of the tenancy *

We are the point of contact and will deal with any issues that may arise

*please note these are in addition to the fully managed fees and charged at £180 including VAT each).

A renewal fee of £120 including VAT will apply on all services if required.
